I just bought a kit from A&A haven't installed it yet! Waiting for my block to come back from the engine shop. I'm going forged bottom end so I can push a few more ponies threw it It really depends on how your gonna drive the car and what kind of power your looking for!

thanks , i want the most for my $ West Coast will be doing the mods at a nice $ amount I just want to know what i am getting into before I bite into it.
Well, if you decide on a centrificual supercharger, like Novi, ProCharger, Vortex, you'll never know it's there until you mash the go pedal. The units make power between 3500-ish and 6500 rpm. Low speed manners actually a little off, as the engine is using some power to turn it. A roots supercharger, Magna-Charger, makes big power low in the rpm range, then begin to loose efficiency at the top end. Both are good systems. Both offer great drivability on stock engines, along with enough power to satisfy most drivers. I think the centrificuals cost less, considering the Maggies require a new hood. Good luck.
East Coast Superchargers(ECS) Novi 1500 all inclusive kit. Includes everything you need to get you going...fast...extremely fast!! http://www.eastcoastsupercharging.com/ Give Doug and Chris a shout.

Actually the centrifugals also make more low end power too, then come alive over 3000rpm, but every part of the graph will be improved over stock.

Here's the Novi 1200 with the same pulley.

Smooth graph on the 1500 John!
I have a couple of C5 graphs from the same car, that switched from a Maggie to a Paxton, that dispels the myth of Maggies being the "low end king" without even bringing the top end into the discussion. Although both are quality units that will provide tons of fun, some just provide a little more.
Let alone the upgradability, but that's also another discussion.

I saw a thread a couple of weeks ago about a new vendor (cant remember which one) that offered a completely new look on maggie's. From the pics I saw, it was a newly designed maggie that fit under the stock hood and was even offered in solid black! I just wish I could find that thread!
