One word of advice, forget the Granatelli MAF and use the money for the under drive pulley or the cam. They are nothing but marketing hype and junk, and cause more problems than they help. Nine times out of ten they will cause improper fuel trims some times skewing them so far that they peg the correction factor to one extreme or the other. I speak from experience as a tuner, keep your stock MAF.
I have pretty much the same mods minus the MAF, corsa sports and the heads (See my signature below for mods) and have 446 RWHP. You should easily see 450 RWHP if not more. With heads, you should be around 460-470 I would guess.
Honestly I think with that particular cam (lingenfelter GT11) you may end up just a hair short. Probably be at around 430-440 rwhp, awesome numbers for such a civilized cam! If you're hellbent on 450 rwhp I'd say go to something a little bigger, like their GT16 cam.
