IMHO, you do not really need to power brake. I have gotten fairly consistent sub 2 second short times just by getting on the throttle pretty hard right from idle. Very little wheelspin. My car has LG headers, TM removed by CoW, and runs 12.65 times. Runs were on the OEM runflats at 25 lbs.

btw-how much time did you gain when Cow turned off your TM? I got 07 A6 with catback, opened shroud and t-stat. Did a 12.6 too on oem's at 28lbs. Been thinking of getting one of those HP Tuners VCM's and turning off my TM myself. Just wondering how much quicker it would be and costing me $499.00 with TM OFF

Great times, Mike.

That second push of the console button relaxes the Active Handling algorithm to allow a lot more yaw deviation without AH intervention. That means in Competitive Driving mode, AH may not intervene if the rear gets loose during a pass, until it's too late to matter.

Given that, can you say a few words as to why you favor Comp mode instead of the safer Traction System Off, used by the vast majority of C6/C6Z racers?

TIA,

Ranger
