These gains truly do sound out of wack. There is only so much hp you can gain with these mods (including tuning). And I'm not one of the LS2 "doubters". I actually have an LS3. Doesn't it seem a little odd to get the same power as a 427 LS7 with just breathing a tuning?

Neither one of these came from off a Dynojet and the one, I don't see where it was SAE corrected.

Not to say that the Dynojet is the be all and end all, but if you see 455 SAE corrected on a Dynojet, you have an idea of what it means. You see 455 on some other Dyno its tough to extrapolate.

FWIW the Dyno which showed the 80 RWHP gain with the Torco, headers and CAI, showed these numbers for a bone stock Z06 which got a gain of 37 RWHP from off of a tune only.

472 RWHP on a Z06 after just a tune??? ......If ever I line up against jbsblownc5 in his '08, I'll be sure to have my bone stock Z06 tuned here first.

Seriously however, Charlie is a great tuner, http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...4&postcount=13 Nearly 500 RWHP on a Z06 with just a CAI and a tune.

And over 500 with minimal mods. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1780523

He tuned my C6 and did a great job with it.

Bone stock you were 376. At 397 you had already messed with the tune. Your gains are pretty similar too.

What is your timing set at?
