2008 C6 LG Headers, K&N Intake & Tune (dyno #'s)
My dad picked up his new 08' A6 from the Corvette Museum a couple weeks ago. Yesterday the final tune was done on it with the LG headers and a K&N intake. Baseline was 368/363. He has about 1200 miles on it now.

Numbers are high, but I don't think he is lying. He did dyno 368 stock.. that is pretty accurate from what we've seen AND the ls3 responds amazing to mods. Look at LGs headers/intake/pulley/cam car = 506 rwhp... if he did a cam he prolly would be right around 500.. although its an auto.. its otherwise very very possible.
Alot of 05-07 fanboys are gonna hate on this post.. so flame suit readyyy - cause they only make about 365-375 with those mods

I was there for the stock dyno run, but not after the mods.

It was tuned by Kirk Vector Motorsports. He does all the tuning for Katech.

Did they also dyno after the mods, or someone else?
I would think to pull 441 had to be done on a dynojet

"In honor of jpee"
Yeah, there was no love either way back when LGM, MTI dynoed the new LS3, either... don't let it get to you.
If this guy/tuner does work for Katech, the C6R builders, there's no worry about fudge factor.
Is there, guys? You know, the car running in ALMS?

The dyno numbers are amazing, but I haven't seen any at the dragstrip yet.
With the same rubber that we LS2's have, I would imagine the stock LS3s will have trouble with traction, and these bolt-on LS3s won't be able to hook up at all.
