Offsets for Widebody conversion with Z06 Brakes???

Offsets for Widebody conversion with Z06 Brakes???
I;ve searched for ansers and came up blank. Forgive me if this has been covered.
I've completed a full widebody conversion on my 07 C6 (also converted to Z06 brakes.) using all OEM parts. I'm trying to mount the rear tires 19x12 with 59mm offsets and they're REALLY tight on the inside of the fender well (under the trunk). Does this correct when I lower the car or have I got the wrong offsets? The fronts are 18x9.5 and fit OK. I thought everything I read said to go stock z06 on the rims and offsets but perhaps that's not the case because of the Z06 Rotors and Hubs?? Please help...
