Boyko,
Sorry for not getting back right away. I talked extensively with the head service tech at the Chevrolet dealer where I got my car. I regret to say that the area Rep will not be able to help at all on your behalf. Sounded so good, I thought it was a great idea, but sorry. As detailed as I can get, here is what he said.
He said that the GM area rep will not be able to talk to the Bulgarian GM rep as he says that the Eastern European Chevrolet dealers are truly a seperate entity from our U.S. GM Corporation. Please understand that I am only passing on info I recieved here in America. Please take no offense as this info may not help.
He THINKS it is possible that the technician you have had to rely on probably is not schooled enough on the Corvette to give a true picture of what could be wrong and what to do to get the car back to normal. The reason for his assumption is that since they do not have Corvettes in Bulgaria there would not be a reason to train someone for something they will never work on. He also asked if you are indeed at a Chevrolet dealer OR are you at an automobile dealership (perhaps Peugeot, etc,) that has been liscenced to work on Chevrolet automobiles. IF that is the case then MAYBE he has a point in saying that the technician is not up to the task of servicing a Corvette.
Onto the possible remedy, he suggests that you personally contact the GM Chevrolet Representative in your are. He is absolutely certain that you can get a phone number for the Rep. Once you contact him, explain in a very truthfull and nice manner the problem. He suggests that you only explain the issue at hand and your discussions with the dealer/technician that you have had and not get into your dissatisfaction with them at this point in time. He said that the rules/regulations at this point are that they (the Rep) will have a "living" document of a problem that they must address. Notice that at this time I say address the issue and not get you total satisfaction at that time. It is then up to you, the rep and the dealer to sit down, IF possible together, to discuss this issue. At this time diplomacy will most likely help a good deal. However you will be the only one to guage the neccesity of getting more forcefull. SOMETIMES a little bit of force can help. BUT he warned to be carefull as you have a unique situation in that you are the first Vette owner! Please let us know how it goes. I would also suggest that you start a NEW POST when you get more informatiom as this will be out in front of the forum and might get more response from fellow members. Good luck Boyko we are puuling for a good outcome. Keep us posted.

Thank you guys again!!!

I waited for some meetings with the local representatives to happen, before I write to you again.

So, as I expected they did everything to quit from any responsibly and warranty repairs/changes. Unfortunately.

Even today, I was told that the reason because of which the won’t repair my car under warranty is the fact that my regular motor oil changes haven’t been done in their so called official GM service! My explanation is very clear: at the time when I imported the car, they WEREN’T official Corvette Dealer at all. They used to sell and repair cheap European (Opel) and Korean (Daewoo) brands under the GM hat. They are Corvette representatives from an year or so and I have my car for more than two years… That’s why I don’t have their “stamps” in my Service Book. For that period of time I used to change my motor oil in the best service in town and always using the best lubricants on the market. Also I have this marked in my service book regularly, but as I said they aren’t OFFICIAL. Is this such a big problem and a reason not to been serviced under warranty???

I also what to ask you guys some things:

1. What is the possible price for an eventual repair in the USA, having in mind the symptoms and the suggestions of the above members? Because if I don’t find assistance here, I will be forced to transport my transmission to the US and then bring it back here. Expensive, but if I don’t have any other solution…
2. What is the price of whole new transmission in US? Even more expensive, but…
3. Can someone of you guys, send me the warranty conditions of GM, because I need to know my right with these….. cheaters over here?

Thank you all! You are really great in this forum!!!
