Default Transmission changes after aggressive driving??

This may be a dumb question, so please excuse me if so. I've had my A6 08 for a little over a month and just over 1000 miles. I've been playing with the S mode and paddles and did some aggressive driving (burnouts) in first gear. This is the first time I've tried to really get on it and now the transmission feels different, more notchy in D or S mode. Is this supposed to happen? Is the feeling of the transmission supposed to change and if so would the actions I did cause it to? Just want to make sure I'm not tearing up my baby.

Yes the A6 has what is called "fuzzy logic".
This will cause the transmission to adapt to your driving habits...
It has been posted that some will drive the heck out of there car in "D"... and then notice a quicker shift in "S"

Do a search for adaptive learning - there are some informative threads on the subject. It "learns" in D but not the other modes although things learned in D affect the other modes.

From what I understand - it is constantly learning so after an extended period of subdued driving you must reteach it by driving in D with your chosen style.
