If you're referring to your check engine light, stop driving it and get it to the dealer immediately. Are you still under warranty??

I don't know what that means!Anyway,a BLINKING ENGINE LIGHT is serious and needs attention.ALSO,Do not drive the car that way or you may damage the motor.Have it towed to a MECHANIC you trust. If that's the light you're talking about.

loool not the ENGINE light,
i mean all the small light in the car (fog light, plate light, all interiro light...etc)
Possibly the ALTERNATOR then.If the battery's keep dying and the lights flicker, that might be it.Also,it could be a loose connection somewhere, bad fuse somewhere......There's a couple of possibilities.

Good luck...electrical gremlins can be fun. When did you replace the battery(s)? I'd start by having the alternator tested. What is your voltage gauge doing when the lights flicker?
I'm not sure the Alternator would make the lights blink off and on. It would more than likely make the car run a little off and act like its going to die. Is the car running fine after you have the battery hooked up? If so, I would take it in to the dealership (you will have to pay labor and parts) and have them run a test to find the problem.
