i went to the dealer told me this is normally cause the blinking was not very clear, NOW

Possibly the ALTERNATOR then.If the battery's keep dying and the lights flicker,that might be it.Also,it could be a loose connection somewhere,bad fuse somewhere......There's a couple of possibilities.

Good luck...electrical gremlins can be fun. When did you replace the battery(s)? I'd start by having the alternator tested. What is your voltage gauge doing when the lights flicker?

I'm gonna go with bad connection or fuse as well. I'm not sure the Alternator would make the lights blink off and on. It would more than likely make the car run a little off and act like its going to die. Is the car running fine after you have the battery hooked up? If so, I would take it in to the dealership (you will have to pay labor and parts) and have them run a test to find the problem.
FYI- Details are key for help. When asking every ones questions its key to give us all as much INFO as you can.

As i said i went to the delaer when the car have 1000 only i told him the problem he did test then told me the car ok!
i went to Electrician he did test he told me he didn`t sure! but may be the ALTERNATOR but the car ok!!
i changed the last battrey before 2 month when the battrey was like new i didn`t noticed this blinking like now!!
now when the car come hot the blinking come very clear it look like this looool
i thinking of changeing the ALTERNATOR but i dunno what they coast and the problem still not sure if the problem from it
ah and my battrey voltage around 13- 12 (with AC AND HID)
what i must check?
