From the front, with the black chin protector they have less ground clearance. Do they sit lower at say the jacking locations I cannot say. Get Tom to do measurements at the jacking locations, I'm sure he isn't busy..
Just compared my '07 Z06 to my wife's '07 coupe and my Z is about an inch and a half lower. The 'splitter' on the front of the Z makes it seem much lower because it is easier to scrape when going up or down a sloping drive.
I don't even think all coupes are the same height when they roll off the line. To me, some look lower than others (stock) and I noticed the same thing when C5s were the new kid on the block.

The coupes with the Z51 option come with lowered suspensions from the factory. Hence, some look lower than others because they are.

The factory service manual doesn't list ride heights; instead it specifies The Z (front) and D (rear) trim heights. The trim heights are defined as "the distance between the lowest point of the ball joint and the center of the front side of the lower control arm forward mounting bolt."

I had an experienced C6 racer help me setup my car for the track....essentially leveling the car. Our initial measurements showed the setup of the car was off right from the factory.
I often read about someone slamming their car just by turning the bolts an equal number of turns, however, if the setup is off to begin with it still will be off.
