Torque settings needed

I believe the flange value is only 35 foot pounds. I remember someone else asked a while back. It is real easy to over torque and bend the bolts - I know. 
I let a friend tighten them up for me while I got more beer - I think he had already had too much.
Not a clue on the sway bar though.
I was wrong.......35 is for the clamps and only 18 for the flange.
