Hi Joe, i never said you said he had the fastest 1/4 mile car, but it is the fastest 1/8 car when we see the slips, but you did imply that would be a 12.1 and that would be the fastest 1/4, i said calculators or corrections dont work with tm

Of the 3 total posted 1/8th mile slips, he has the fastest stock time. At least 2 of the 3 (me included) are bolt-on LS2's.

Question? I know that TM can slow the car as it goes through the gears....however I have TM removed on my car and going WOT it goes sideways on the 1>2 shift with AH intervening. Never been to the track so I wanted to know at the track do guys with TM removed lose time when the rear break loose on the 1>2 and 2>3 change causing their times to suffer? TIA

Yes, on street tires that is exactly what can happen. That is clearly what kept my LS2 auto from going any quicker than a 12.07@117.68 on my last two track visits with my TM removed (via the awesome tune done by Cartek Racing

) and a Vararam installed.
