Fill the tires with Helium. Less weight, but not less mass. Fill the frame too.

A Lexan rear window would save a bunch and I think the C6R race cars use them but I don't know where you'd source it. Plus the weight savings would be off the top of the car.

They are in the $2200 ball park (each) depending on size.

They are expensive but very neat looking and definitely will reduce unsprung weight.

The wheels in question are actually made by Dymag, the same folks who made the Mag wheels for the C5s. They are truly impressive, but thay are (as indicated) about $2.3K / wheel.
