Default HID Install **HELP**

I just bought new HIDs for my headlights in my 2007 C6 coupe and need help changing the stock 4300K bulbs to the new 8000K bulbs... the only problem is that im not too sure of even where to begin!

Can someone help guide me in the right direction of changing the bulbs with some instructions and even if im lucky, with some pictures?

Thanks!!

There is an access cover inside the front wheel well, in front of the tire. It is held inplace with pins that you pull. Removing the tire makes it easier. Once you pull the access cover, you will gain access to the light assembly. I beleive the low beams are the middle light. There is another rubber cover over LB light hook up. Once you remove that, you will see the igniter that is attached to the rear of the bulb. You will need a torx driver to remove the 2 screws that hold the ignitor to the bulb. Remove screws, remove the bulb clip, and pull out the bulb. Replace with your new bulb. Reverse the procedure.

Do not touch the bulbs with bare hands. If you did, wipe with alcohol to remove oils.

You know you're decreasing your light output, right?

8000K is way too far in to the ultra violet spectrum for automotive lighting. 8000K might be good for growing some wacky weed. I would not go over 6000K for HID automotive lighting.
