Default k&n intake?

does anybody know why the k&n kit 63-3060 for a 7.0 zo6 is not advertised for the ls3. Thinking of buying this kit for my 08 c6. i have read a few post that said they are the same and will work.

I have been using the Z06 version. It fit perfectly without modification adn does not rub the hood like some other intakes ive seen that are actually made for the 08.

Good luck with your choice.

If anyone is interested, K&N will be coming out shortly with a replacement filter for the C6 Z06/LS3.

I like the tapered filter, lets something like a Vette-air or proped shroud do it's job.

I have also had this K&N setup for several months. The install was easy and after a COW tune it seems to have gained a fantastic SOTP result.

Do not email. Call and talk with someone in Tech, NOT sales.
They told me the end of Jan, beginning of Feb.

They finally did respond(sales) and said they didn't have anything. I'll give them a call mid Feb. Please update us if you hear anything more as well.

Thanks!
