Default ***2008 Changes At DTE***

We have some exciting news for 2008 and the future!

Since our inception in 2001, Dynotech Engineering Inc. has experienced exceptional business growth year after year through hard work and passionate dedication to the GM sports car we love the most- The Chevrolet Corvette!

That business success certainly hasn’t come by accident and consistently working those long 70, 80 and 90 hour weeks month-in and month-out for years (including most weekends and Holidays) to build the business where it is today, have finally paid off!

With that said~ As of 2008, we’ll undergo a corporate name change from our current name everyone is familiar with, to DTE Powertrain- as we focus our operational efforts towards the future by taking our growing company to the next professional level of vehicle performance, product engineering and industry presence!

We feel this new name more accurately reflects where we are today in the high performance Corvette industry and now fully encompasses where we’re heading in the future. Add to that a new high-tech logo we’ll also be rolling out, with a new fully interactive website to match our new corporate name and you’ll soon see what we’re so excited about!

We’re also expanding!

DTE’s 10,000 sq./ft. facility sets on approx. 2.4 acres of commercial property in Fort Wayne, with only a small portion of that used currently. In the future, we’ll be increasing our facility “footprint” size on that property to accommodate the expansion. Also in the coming weeks/months, we’ve scheduled the delivery of new, high-tech equipment, machinery and updated CAD/CAE/CAM development software that will enable us to further develop, engineer and manufacture our already extensive heavy duty IRS product lines and do it with greater accuracy / speed than ever before! Add to that our extensive Corvette Performance Package development we’ve been successfully building upon for the last 6 years now and it’s easy to see that good times are in store for the Corvette enthusiast from DTE Powertrain!

Be sure to check out our new website www.dtepowertrain.com as it unfolds these next couple of months and you can grow with us! We’ve got *A LOT* of new, innovative Corvette driveline components of our own design that we’ll be releasing very soon, which will most definitely raise the drive train performance / durability bar for the C5 and C6 Corvette!

Lastly, we would also like to take a moment to thank you, our valued customers, for your continued support over all these years in allowing us to be who we are today! We’ve built products for some of the fastest/trickest Corvettes in the world and along the way; we’ve made many good friends too- which has been a real bonus over everything else. Building those friendships through a common interest in Corvette’s is what makes all of this worth while! Again, from the entire staff here- we sincerely thank you for your continued support and business!

Best Regards,
Phil Rickard
President/CEO/Owner
DTE Powertrain Inc.

Good luck on the expansion but it looks pretty big already.

Hard work pays off.

Almost forgot~ Now that we've refined the production processes of our products over the years- particularly the popular DTE Differential Strut kits, we've been able to reduce production costs on our end, which in turn reduces product costs for you as we pass down the savings.

The new 2008 DTE Differential Strut pricing is as follows and they are all produced in red powder-coat, with the next *huge* production run being completed during this month. This newest run will have even lighter weight components, easier installation, more compact to fit into even tighter chassis configurations and easier-to-understand installation instructions than ever before.

1997-2004 C5/M6: $349
1997-2004 C5/A4: $349
2005 C6/LS2/A4: $339
2005 C6/LS2/M6: $339
2006-2008 C6/LS2-LS3/M6: $339
2006-2008 C6/LS2-LS3/A6: $339

- Fully insured, regular ground FedEx shipping: $18 anywhere in the lower 48-States.
- Free shipping when accompanied with a differential order at same time.

*$30 savings for C5 applications
*$40 savings for C6 applications

Thanks again everyone for your support and business. Have a nice weekend!

I had 21st century muscle car put in my DTE 410s last week.....damn, I just can't keep my foot out of it now! The improvement in sotp performance is nothing short of dramatic. I am now truly a believer in the 410 theory. Darn good thing I got the V1 first.

jke

PS - 21st Century Muscle Car did an excellent job on the install, took them 2 hours to swap out and put in the DTE differential.

The differential must be installed onto the transmission before you install the differential strut itself. The strut kit holds the two together..

Thanks Phil,
I guess that means it could be installed without removing anything?

No, each kit does require removel of at least the mufflers to access the trans. tunnel area, but each model year respective kits' instructions clearly show you what does and what does not need to be removed to install this product.
