Default Ditched Run Flats for Michellin PS2s for LS3

Just ordered michellin PS2 for car ... I went on a canyon run last night .. temps were 38-44 degrees, my vett had no traction what so ever. Will these do better than the run flats? is it worth the 1500?

I didn't realize that the motor (LS3) required tires.

I'm sure you'll see a big difference, I hate the traction and ride of the run-flats, but the pucture safety they provide

until the vettes come with a spare, I'll keep my run flats

If I had non-runflat the only time I would get a flat would be on the freeway at night - not exactly when and how I would like to pulg a flat.....

I think you'll like the PS2s, but they aren't great in the cold. Probably a little better than the GY Supercars, but you really need a temp over about 50 degrees to get these things working right. But boy are they nice then! Quieter, smoother and stickier than the Eagles.

If you do a lot of driving in cooler temps you might want to consider winter tires - work better in the cold, and save the good summer tires for when they can be best enjoyed. Because that is the downside to the PS2s, they don't last that long. About like the Supercars in that respect.
