C5 wheels on C6 Vette???
Aloha-
I'm trying to mount BF Goodrich Drag Radials on my C6 Vette. The size are P275/40R - 17's and I'm going to mount them on a pair of C5 17 x 9.5 rims. Will they clear everything OK ?
Has anyone done this ?

I don't see why not. I know the Z51 brakes are bigger but, they should still clear them. The base would be even easier. I'm no expert so I would check the bolt patterns to make sure it could be done. Tirerack could probably help you out.

Is it a C5 Z06 rim or an aftermarket replica...there was no factory stock C5 LS1 17x9.5 rim, only a 17x8.5 (fronts)? The C5 Z06 did have the 17x9.5s on the front though.
