No one has a opinion on these headers? http://www.lgmotorsports.com/catalog...oducts_id=1698

I find this hard to believe.

I think these headers just came out so no one has actually put them on their cars yet. See below thread.

Well I am having mine installed and dyno tuned Wed. morning at LG. I don't need the full boar Pros. These seem perfect for my DD.

hopefully Anthony will post dyno numbers. I will not have them tune the car to get the maximum out of it. Want to keep it safe and under warranty.

What do you think the difference as far as HP/TQ will be compared to the pros. I am also considering the bolt on route for my car as well and would like to know. Keep us advised of your outcome.

Acording to the LG website the pros will produce just a few more hp/tq than the street series.

Will let you know the outcome.

It's up to you LG makes good quality stuff if you would rather pay $400 less and make 5-10 less HP then go for it either way you wont be dissappointed.

To a dealership headers are headers no matter where there from it's not like you can hide it from them. If you want to keep your warrenty dont get headers unless you have a really nice dealership like mine. (My wishbone cracked at morroso and they fixed it under warranty and I have alot of parts on my car)

actually I am getting headers and high flow cats for 300 less than just the pros. Plus special deal on install and tune. Total savings over pros with cats is over $900. that is alot to pay for 5-10 hp.

But I want to lesson the chance of needing service while still getting some performance gains.

I just installed mine last week, I put a thread on the installation, it went very well. I had more problems getting the old exhaust off than putting the headers on, headers are starting to blue a little, I expected that, if you don't like that effect you can probably get them coated. Like I said they have been on a week and still no check engine light or codes, which seens to be a rairity and this without the High Flow Cats installed. Fit and finish were very good and again, install was a driveway, one person, except for actually locating the headers, where two were required, took probably 6 or 7 Hrs total. Biggest problem getting the old O2 sensor out of the old manifold!!! Seat of pants feel is awesome, as is the exhaust sound!!! Still looking for a chassis dyno to find out how much power it really putting out!!!

Get the Pros. The merge collector is what makes the mid range torque without hurting the top end. Put them in yourself in order to save the install labor. It's a very easy install.
