Default OBD-II connector

Hello all,

On your C6, is the OBD-II connector solidly attached to its base, or is it somehow loose? Can you move it easily with your hand from front to back or is it fixed?

Thanks

No movement with mine. I have plugged in my code reader several times and it's solid.

On my 07, the connector is mounted on a bracket which allows some movement both backwards and forwards.

Thanks folks for the replies. I used mine for the 1st time tonight in my 2007 and was a little worried by how much play there was compared to Subarus I have experience with.

A lot of the under-dash OBD connectors will have some "flex"... fairly common. Needless to say, it's always a good idea to be gentle when plugging in the cable, make sure it's lined up right, etc.
