All,

tried searching, but no luck in the C6 section. Anybody done, or can it be done on C6????

The Zip Tie mod on the C5 had to do with opening up the inlet to the air filters. No, there is no Zip Tie mod needed for the C6. If you stick with the stock inlet the best mod is the free mod that props open the radiator shroud.

I had done 'sort of' a C6 version of the C5's zip tie mod (or at least that's what I'd called it ) on my car before I got a Vararam on there.
What I did was take the 'slip on' rain guard off of course, then I cut the tops off of the filter boxes exposing the filters all the way around the top and not just on the sides as they were from the factory.
I really don't think it helped much at all though.
