Default Radar detectors

Anybody have any good ideas on where and how to mount radar detector on and 08 coupe. Also, are there any other power options than the supplied power point in console and maybe cigarette lighter?

Thanks, SKIP

I have a Valentine and it is mounted on driver's side visor using the stock clip. I'm using a invisicord that plugs directly in the rearview mirror. You cannot see the cord from the unit running along the windshield header to the mirror.

I too use the V1 detector powered by invisicord and using the visor mount. Very low profile - almost invisible from the outside. Good high point for signal detection. No cord hanging down. Easily viewable from the drivers seat.
