Unusally wide variance in mph for spinning and the low ET run had a big improvement for such a small gain. Do you have TM removed?
Same thing has been happening to me, damn bogging in the upper rpms of the last shift right before the end of the track. My DRs were not alot smaller though and it has been happening on street tires too.
He has gears sort of due to the shorter rear tire and said he is already out of gear.
He needs to raise the rev limiter and or step up to a taller tire.
Stock A6 gearing is perfect for a car that traps 125-130
