A6 Software Update
No response in general section so I'll try here. I have been reading about the changes made to the A6 transmission for 2008 - rev matching, firmer shifts etc. Does anyone know if I can get a re-flash of the software in my 2006 A6? Were there also hardware changes that would make this not compatable?

There were software and hardware changes made in '08 so the answer is NO, you cant get your '06 just reflashed (I've read this somewhere else, I'll see if I can find the thread). You can however, get a tune on your transmission from a few people around which I hear really wakes the tranny up.........
