Chevy dealer installs LG LT headers and Vararm CAI. Service Manager tells me the CEL will come on the forth or fifith time I start the car. And they will not do a tune to make it go away. Sure enough it comes on the fifth time I drive the car.
So I make a appiontment at mod shop to do the tune and dyno.
I make it clear to them I want the CEL to go away. They do the work, CEL gone, and I get one of those cool dyno charts, 408HP, 410T.
Sure enough about the fifth time I start the car, CEL is on
So im going back today, any advice would help. They mainly do mustangs, but did one of the forums members vette without a problem.
It's more than likely your rear O2's. The LG's move the cats away from their stock location so the computer thinks they are not there or working properly.....The tolerances are out of whack. Tell the tuner you want the rear O2's shut off. This will take care of the problem.

thanks for the info, I printed it for the tuner to see.
