Stock C6 wheels 18X8.5 255X40X18 19X10 295X35X19 thats according to the specs on TireRacks website. Some go two sizes bigger on stock wheels, but the tire manufactures don't recommend it. I'd hate to see you roll a tire off in a hard corner at speed and take a ride out through the cow pasture or worse.
Z06 Front 18X9.5 or 10 don't remember. Rear 19X12 now here you got some room for some real meats. Other option, go aftermarket wheels like 18X9.5 and 19X11 with stock C6 off sets. There you got some room to move from stock tire sizes to three sizes wider.
With OEM and most aftermarket wheels, you can "only" get away with a 295/35/19 or a 305/30/19. With CCWs, you can fit a 325/30/19 on a 19x11" wheel.
CCW seems to be the only company that can make the 325 fit without sticking out any. I have personally seen the LG wheels with 325s, and they stick out 1/2" to 3/4" or more.

On a Z06, you can fit a 345 pretty easily.

Why is it that CCW is about the only mfg. that do the offsets correctly?
I like their wheels but also like LG's "World Challenge" (when they had them on special). They were very reasonable and I almost pulled the trigger, but backed off, due to the offset issue. Also, like the old standby, Factory Reproductions (Motorsport Z06 style), but, they too have an offset issue.
Toyo R888 335/30-18 on CCWs are on my car now. Not all "335" tires are the same actual width. These are 13.4 in section width, same as the GY F1 SC 325/30-19 tires cited above. Proper and exact wheel offset is critical.

Phil just get the CCW wheels and don't look back, my 07 and my brothers 07 didn't leave the Chevy Dealer without em. You will find them to be of excellent quality, workmanship, and their customer service is super. They will definately give you more tire size options than the stockers.

Do you have any pics of your setup? I am planning on getting R888's and would like to see how these sizes look before pulling the trigger.
i just got the r888 305/30/19 and 255/35/18, the diameter is smaller and car has to be lowered to look right, i'm sure from looking that the 305/30/19 would fit fine, and is only .4" shorter than stock. by the way, the traction is phenomenal, best i have ever driven on.

I guess I have to agree, David.
More money, but, at least you don't have to wonder about the wheels/tires fitting the best. Also, more versatile tire sizes too, as we know.

Do you have any pictures? This is the setup I was looking to do. My car is lowered so I was worried about the 305s rubbing when hitting a bump.
