I'm using DynaTechs 1 7/8 headers and cats on my ProCharged mn6. They work as advertised. Good fit. Great quality. They've been on the car for almost 2 years now with zero isues.

Since you live in California remember that no headers are CARB approved and smog inspection could be a problem.

I have had them on my last (3) vettes. They always fit easily and sound great with Corsa Sports. Don't think they give top LT hp, but I am not in the track routine. I have been told that they only produce ~ 5-7 hp less than the best headers.

I highly recomend them, I have them on my 07A6, with high flow cats and then finishing thru a set of C allowway Double D's, I love the sound and the hp/torque, my installer said they were the best fit he has installed. Just rember you will need to see a tuner when the job is complete, or else you will be constantly throwing the o2 sensor codes.

I have Dynotech headers on my 2005 and recommend them.

Lots of pictures and dyno results are posted on my website (see signature for link).

After 1 year no complaints. Didn't get any check engine lights but car was tuned previously. Installer said they fit well.

I have had them on my 2005 for three years now and I have had no problems with them. I really like the sound with the Corsas. They are a great looking set-up with an excellent fit. The guys that had the fires on the early ones (that didn't have the clip for the clutch line and the altered tube) might not agree on that last point but that problem was fixed long ago. Thankfully, this didn't happen to me.

I didn't do a before and after dyno so I can't comment objectively on the power but the SOTP was difference was quite noticeable, even before the tune. I think that the same design with a 1 3/4 primary diameter would produce more low-end torque and only a horse or two less at the peak. LG's have the same primary length and a 1 3/4 tube. If I were starting today and Dynatech offered a 1 3/4 tube for the C6, I'd get them again. If they didn't, I'd get LG's. As of now, I don't believe that Dynatech offers the 1 3/4 tube.

Default Dyna tech tube size

The last comment sparked my interest, so i broke out my digital calipers and measure several tube diameters, all measured a 1.750.

After many, many posts on headers with before and after dyno sheets, I've never heard or seen anything bad with them, but it does seem from the majority that the LG's are top dog. I don't have any headers on mine just yet due to what VET4LES just said. I actually asked another CA forum member some time ago by PM if he would give me the name of the "Corvette Friendly" shop that he bragged about using out here, then I would go get a set of headers and use the shop, but he never replied to my PM....hmmmm.

I had a set on my old C5 and I have a set on my C6. No problems with either.
