Default Kooks vs LG Headers

I've narrowed my header choice down to two. Kooks or LG 1 3/4s? I want low end so from the research that I've done these two seem to be the best. Opinions?

i do not know what the reason for this is, but I rarly see anyone talk about Amarican Racing headers. I have seen lg's and seen kooks, They are nice, but I can tell you from experience, the A/R headers fit my car so well, even if they made 5 or 10 hp less, I would still buy them again.

I have seen others sitting on the steering shaft, need to be pride away from the body at the turn in, all kinds of stuff you should not have to do with 1000 dollar+ headers.

A/R's will go on my next vette I garrentee it.
And they are Stainless so they require no coating, and after 5000 plus miles they look awsome still.

LG Do a search and they are hands down the most powerful headers made. (On the planet?)

There are pages and pages of dyno sheets to back this up.

That's 1 for ARH, 1 for Kooks and 1 for LG.

If you can afford the best get the LG's. You mentioned low end, that's where the LG's really shine!

People will argue which is best till they're blue in the face. The Kooks went on extremely nice for me, but I'm sure the LG's are great, too... You narrowed it down to two great brands, so just flip a coin, get it over with, and engoy the great power and sound!!

My requirements for headers: 300 series Stainless Steel, longest primary tubes to give me the best low end, merge collector to help scavenging. The LG's were the ONLY header that met all these requirements. The Kooks are good, they both make the same peak power, the LG's make more low end. I gained 39 foot pounds of torque!

This is like commercial who's hotter Jennifer Beals or Alba.
Both are very good products and most differences will be minor and highly subjevtive.
My advice. Pick one and go have some fun.
(Love my Kooks)

True but while they both might look great ONLY ONE can be the best in bed, where many will agree it counts most.

While normally I'd agree, did you see Jessica Beal's body in that Adam Sandler movie (the one about the two guys getting married)?
