HELP...Multiple DIC codes
So my car has intermittently had the "service active handling, and "service traction control for sometime now. Recently it has been setting other DIC errors also. The problem seems to get worse and worse, but there is never really anything wrong that I can tell. Car seems to drive and run fine. I have had it at the dealer many times here lately, but I think theyre stumped
On my last trip in tonight here are the DIC messages:
service traction control
service active handling
service column lock
service fuel system (gauge goes to 0)
check washer fluid
ABS light came on
the green circle on the start buton lit up
Water temp gauge went all the way down to 0
Shocks inoperative (but the car is a Z-51) no F55
Oil preassure went to 0
Im sure there were a couple others, but you get the drift. Turn the car off and re-start...no problems
Im actually getting used to it
Body control module has been replaced. Last week I think it was the ABS control module they replaced. Codes have been cleared multiple times.
Any ideas?
P.S. most of this stuff has happened intermittently since Ive owned the car. (I dont think its due to mods, doesnt seem any worse or better since) Ive tried to see if I can pinpoint what makes this happen, but there doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason. Doesnt matter if your burnin em, or drivin miss daisy. It could go 1000 miles before it happens or it could be every 10
Thanks for scratchin your heads on this one. Wish me luck

Try checking the alternator for an intermittant loss of ground. The mechanic who replaced mine at 800 miles said when the alternator/regulator goes south it spouts all sorts of DIC messages that are all electrical related. If your dealer is miffed
and hasn't checked this yet, it can't hurt to try.I hope you find what's causing it before you become stranded somewhere or go nuts first.

I think its been replaced once before. I guess well see. Thanks for chiming in. Ill keep ya posted
.Took it to dealer changed the body control module,no more problems
