Default Signal light double time

I noticed recently that my signal lights turning right go twice as fast as the left turn.
Is that because a lamp is burnt out?

It sounds like you've got a bad bulb.

Call me stupid, but it seems that in the time it took you to post this thread you could have checked you turn signal lamps and the level of your blinker fluid

...the level of your blinker fluid?

One of your bulbs needs to be replaced... Check your left, then right rear turn signals... Both rear lights(per side) should blink... If two blink on one side and only one on the other... who've found the problem! Replace the bulb(less than 5 min. job)

Check your front ones, from what I have seen on other cars if the blinker is blinking faster than normal it is the front. If it is not blinking or is blinking slower, it is the back bulb.

Probably not the bulb, but check it anyway. More likely the socket. Clean the socket and bulb contacts with sandpaper. Put dialectric silicone in the socket and try it. There is a GM TB on this but it requires replacing the entire harness.

Or it could be the ball bearings in the muffler!
