One of your bulbs needs to be replaced... Check your left, then right rear turn signals... Both rear lights(per side) should blink... If two blink on one side and only one on the other... who've found the problem! Replace the bulb(less than 5 min. job)

Check your front ones, from what I have seen on other cars if the blinker is blinking faster than normal it is the front. If it is not blinking or is blinking slower, it is the back bulb.
Probably not the bulb, but check it anyway. More likely the socket. Clean the socket and bulb contacts with sandpaper. Put dialectric silicone in the socket and try it. There is a GM TB on this but it requires replacing the entire harness.
