How hard would it be to pull the dash cover off the car There is some blemish that would require the dealer to replace the whole thing but what else (damage could they do) Trying to determine if it's worth the trouble or to live with it ? Would be a Warranty issue.

I would first try and have those repaired by a specialist. I've had local touch-up specialists repair a C5 seat and a Suburban dash with great and long lasting results. Remove the dash and you might get all sorts of damages around the cockpit area, and then noises in the dash afterwards.

not to mention the "extra" dash board screws left in my ashtray after the dealer removed my dashboard for a wiring problem.
