Bought my Corsa Sports through them just a few weeks ago, got them in less than a week. Price was less than anywhere else.

It's been my experience that most shops don't reply to emails in a timely manner - probably because they're extremely busy, etc. - however, phone calls work much better.

The good shops are usually pretty busy.

Name? You also can also send us a PM or call us at 443-730-9428.

We get a lot of email..but if we don't reply it means that there is normally something else at play, like a spam folder, mistyped email address on the contact form, or a one sentance vauge email (something like "I want Headers"...with no mention of what car or anything).

Here is something I wrote on another forum about how we handle the hundreds of emails we get every day.

First we answer emails regarding orders already in house

Then we answer emails from people who seem ready to buy, but just need one or two questions answered.

Then we answer the vague emails. Stuff where people ask "What exhaust sounds good on a my car?"...but then don't tell you what car they have..or engine. YES...we do get emails like that. I would say we respond to over 95% of emails...and the ones that do not get responded to are the vague of the vague ones that make no sense. I am sure a few good emails slip through the cracks..but again..I am willing to bet that happens at any etail business...no matter how many employees you have. Honestly, the more employees you have EASIER it is for things to slip though the cracks. One other issue we have is people mistype their email address in the contact us form alot..so we have a lot of bounced emails. Also for a while..AOL was rejecting a lot of email for the fun of it.

Absolutely! I purchased my Kooks headers with free cherry red high-temp coating. Brandon took care of me on all the little issues. Personally, if I wanted something from a vendor, I would call them in addition to the email.

Purchased headers for my 04 GTO, and like right after bought and 05 GTO. Brandon exchanged the mid pipes at no cost.

Great guy to deal with.

MD Speed is an excellent vendor, great prices with excellent customer service. Send a PM or call, it's the easiest way to get a quick response.
