I am very interested in this as well will be doing corsa install soon on an automatic 05 do I need to cut it on that. To the OP I dont think you have to cut on a manual but on an automatic the instructions say you are supposed to.

Jack the rear end
unbolt rear sway bar
unbolt all exhaust bolts and hangers, starting at the cats
drop h-pipe
More Beer
seperate h-pipe from over-axle pipes
snake muffler/over-axle pipe out of the car
swap rubber hangers to new system

My neighbor works on Augie Busch's personal planes and he is helping me to night so I have the beer steps covered. We never run out of beer with him around.

Check out this video. It helped me a lot when I did mine. http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?d...6768&video=yes It gets a little tight under there if your doing it on jack stands and getting the over-axle pipes into the H-pipe was a real PIA ! Good luck.
