Its just a pic off of the E3 website listing some stores you can buy it's products at: Advance Auto Parts, JC Whitney, Stylin Concepts, JEGS, PepBoys, Amazon. I was just on Advance Auto Parts and I can confirm that they do have them. If you have one local maybe try giving them a call to see if they have them in stock.
