Roof Leaking

Question I have been reading around that there is a way to adjust the roof. How do you know if it needs to be done and what am I looking for to know its adjusted properly like what am I lining up?

Its been raining pretty hard here all day and its the first real rain since I got the car and noticed the roof leaking at the two front points where the roof meets the car on the passenger side.

Any help would be tremendous.
