Proper Voltage?

Just curious what is the proper voltage that I should be seeing for my 06 A6. Sometimes I check it and it is 14.5, and other times it hangs around 14.1-14.2. Is this normal?

Yes, It's very normal. The different voltages depends on the RPM of the engine and if the battery is fully charged.
