B & M shifter
Does anyone know off hand what the B & M shifter handle thread size is? (it is threaded as well as pinned for multiple applications)
I am using the B & M ripper shifter (#45044) and would like to get a handle that has a button built into it for my line locks.
Anyone using this shifter and has found a quality handle w/ button please advise.

But seriously...Has no one using the B & M ripper shifter gone to a aftermarket shifter **** or handle with a momentary button or switch for line locks or nitrous!
If anyone using this shifter has been able to find a handle or **** with a 12 volt switch or button please speak up. I am running out of ideas on how to rig up a switch for line locks.
