Hello all, just got my first Corvette 2 months ago and loving it. I am new to this forum and think the support is fantastic. Can anyone tell me if I need to hook up my remote dual mode exhaust switch the "0 drain way". Is it really necessary cause I never leave car sitting more than 3-4 days. I am going to hook it up tonight and would like to just hook up easier way. Thanks for all your help C6 buddies.
I did it 2 months ago and have had no issues at all the easy way. I left my car for 5 days in a row when I was on a business trip and it fired right up when I got home.
The one i have there is two ways to hook up. At start up open or closed baffles. I dont think i've closed them but maybe two times.
Original answer is why hook them up any other way then 0 draw on battery.
It's a simple hook up. The fuses are passanger side foot well. Takes about 5 minutes to do.

All right, thanks guys That's what I needed to know, just wanna plug n play without cutting shrink wrap and jamming white wire spade in exhaust fuse spot on the left side only(like that game operation) and I rather it not start in wild setting all the time. I guess I will minimize battery drain by setting it to OFF position(wild) when on a trip. Thanks for your speedy replies fellas

I don't know why no one mentions this but you could always just pull the M2W seat heater fuse when going on an extended trip and not have to worry about this:P
