Defintely sounds like a tuning issue. If you give it gas does it start fine?
Yes, As Soon As The Motor Starts Bogging And I Touch The Gas Pedal, the Motor Idles Normal
Yes its a tuning issue. Sounds like your startup table needs to be adjusted. Do you have a hole in your throttle body? You basically need to add more fuel at startup.

Had the same problem after a tune in my '05.
Reload the stock tune or a stock tune and see if it continues. If it doesn't, then you know its the tune.
With your modifications, you should easily be able to drive it with a stock tune.
I hope no one bored a hole into his throttle body blade. Thats doubtful considering how few modifications the car has on it. If he bought it used though, he might want to check to see if there is a hole in it.

Sounds to me like it needs more air, and sometimes those startup tables can get maxed out. A small hole in the TB sometimes can help with that. However most likely you can fix it with tune only. However it may not run well with stock tune either, so I wouldn't count on that fixing it..
