If you are sure you lost just that one weight, clean up the area and stick another one on; the car can't tell that the weight was missing yesterday.
But if you're not sure, get it rebalanced. Find a shop with the Hunter Road Forece balancing machine, they do a much better job on the big/wide/heavy tires of a Corvette.
