Take out the inner two tail lights (torx head screws / 1 in each and they come right out)
Then, just reach inside and you will find 4 10mm nuts that hold the spoiler down (two on each side)
Once removal of the 4 nuts is done, simply push up on the bottom side of the spoiler and it will come right out.
***Disconnect the light's harness / wire before pushing up on the spoiler.
