The past few days my driver's seat has been started in the correct memory position for the FOB, and then a minute into driving it switches to the other FOB position - without the other FOB in the car. Anyone heard of this issue? Any fixes I can do myself, as in reprogramming or learning the fob?

Is it possible that you could be pushing the driver button on the drivers door? I noticed my seat did this to me and was unsure why and then I realized that my elbow had accidently hit the driver button.
Take car to dealer. Your problem is a safety problem. The seats should never move unless the e-brake is set. If someone with short legs is driving and the seat goes all the way back they may not be able to reach to brake or clutch.

With one minor notation: if the car has a manual tranny, the above info. is correct. If the car has an automatic tranny, the parking brake doesn't have to be set, but the seat should not move unless the tranny is in PARK.
