Z06 Speaker panel dent??
without removing the panel? If not how do you remove the door panel or speaker panel
You can try one thing. Get a very small yet stiff, piece of wire (like MIG welding wire). Take a pair of needle nose pliers and bend over about 1/8", a little less than 90*, so that it makes a small hook. Use this to put in the holes in the grill and gradually pull it out. Start at the outside of the dent and work your way in.
If you have to take the drivers door panel off, first remove the two bolts (2) that are behind the small plastic panel (1) where the door pull handle is. The bolts for the passenger door are behind the door open button and just below the door pull handle.
Next, there is a gap at the bottom of the door panel, where it meets the fiberglass, towards the back of the door, near the reflector. It is about 2" long. This is where you start removing the panel. You will need a door panel removal tool. You can get one for ~$10 at an auto parts store. Find the plastic retainer (4) and, using the door removal tool, pry the retainer apart.

The retainer makes an awful sound as it comes apart, like you are tearing the whole door apart, but this is normal. The retainer is two pieces, a male piece and a female piece. The male piece sort of looks like a stack of round *****. The female piece is similar to a fuel line connector, with the four prongs. When you pull the retainer apart, you are pulling against these four prongs.
After you get the first one, you can feel across the sides and bottom with your hands for the rest of them. There are 8 in all. Be sure and have a rag or something handy, because you will be prying against the painted part of the bottom of the door.
Once you get those apart, lift the panel straight up. There are 4 clips (5) at the top where the window is. And, of course, don't forget the electrical connections (3).
Good luck.

EDIT: Added passenger door.
