Default Help Please (noise)

My car is a n 05 it has a few mods cam under drive pulley headers x pipe and a stall i think the noise is coming from the power stering pump it makes the noise at crank up and every once in a while when driving not while turning most of the time just going straight and driving normal the noise is the same sound the pump makes when you turn the stearing wheel all the way right or left and the pump is in a bine but it happens when i am not turning at all just driving in a straight line
any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks Dylan
P.S I also painted all of my caps under my hood when the car started making the noise i looked at the cap and realized it had holes on it so i took a needle and made shure the holes where clear of any paint but i still have the noise and also when i take the cap off it has a vacume shold it
i also put this in the general section but thought i would get more help in hear

There should not be any vacuum at the cap . Vent hole in cap may be clogged . Try another cap. The noise may be the pump starving for oil.

Mine was making a similar noise, and the first shop that I used that installed my supercharger (started the noise when it was installed), said it was the power steering pump. The 2nd shop I went too correctly diagnosed it as a bad crank pulley. It is kind of common with 05 models.
