They don't make actual 'chips' like that for late model (early 1990s? and up) Corvettes.
Unless you mean the different types 'hand held' tuning devices that plug into the port under the dash, but they're still inferior to using a laptop with the proper software from companies like HP Tuners and EFI Live along with a good dyno tune from a reputable tuner shop such as Cartek Racing. www.cartek.net
