4.10 Gear Installer in NC
I'm looking for a reputable shop that can install a set of 4.10's in my 2006 6sp Cpe. Has anyone had a good experience with similar work in the Piedmont area? My fall back is to drive up to DTE in Ft Wayne but would prefer a local (NC/VA) shop that can also tune it for the gears.

You'll probably have to drive to Raleigh...
There was a complimentary post on these guys http://www.mayhemmotorsports.net/ Just the other day by a Forum Member who had a 3:90 gearset installed. Good guys. They have a Dyno and can do your tune also..

They installed RPM 4.10 gear compoments in my car after a forum vendor in Richmond , Va., INCORRECTLY setup my rear which disintegrated in less than 2 weeks after the supposedly fix. Mayhem is in the process of building a 402" stroker for my car. A northern tuner fly cut the pistons when my original motor was having a H/C package installed, which was a big mistake. A piston disintegrated 2 weeks ago. I have a 100 shot of nitrous, but it has never been used except on the dyno tune. I'm 62 and very seldom exercise my car close to its potential. MAYHEM IS MY PREFERRED TUNER, AND I'LL NEVER CONTACT ANOTHER.
