I bought the Cartek line lock package at Christmas time as it was a special they ran back then. I finally had it installed and will be getting my car back soon. How many of you out there have it and actually use it.

Use it every time at the track! Roger and the boys installed one in my C5 and my C6. DTE posted a big post a year or so ago about how to keep your diff alive and they said a line lock was important to keep the brakes from putting an uneven load on the posi.

Been using mine since last year and love it.
Getting your brakes bled properly afterwards however is a bit of a challenge but that has absolutely nothing to do with Cartek or the line lock kit. The issue is with the ABS unit needing to be opened properly with a Tech 2. I was able to get around it by using a Motive Powerbleeder and several panic stops before I started the bleeding process and the brakes feel like they should again.
The best part about a line lock is that it's a very cost effective mod that really can help save the car from some driveline damage.
Of course the rear tires that one tends to heat a little more when they have a line lock aren't cheap.
However, not sure which brand I have, Horsepower Sales installed it.
We have Hurst Roll Control units with custom formed lines these prefabbed kits from Cartek are a great deal for diy guys as double flaring and bending lines is tricky if you aren't used to it and have the proper tools.
