At what point will you stop modding your car?
Next up for me is Coilovers, brakes, and swaybars. Then maybe a Procharger
Procharger Set-up (2nd time)......... $12,000
Forged LS-7 ................................$15,000
Widebody, Brake Package ..............$8,000
Misc Items................................... $20,000
Happiness driving my car..............PRICELESS!!!

What was surprising to me was that people would do exhaust, tune, or appearance mods before gears and tune only. For those withwarranty woes, it seems this route is the one least detectable way to be modded with real performance gains. I have been seeing geared only cars stomp much more modded cars forever, yet it got 0%. By contrast, 4% of people would spend the exact same amount of money for an exhaust and a tune which is nowhere near it in performance comparisons. Same money for noise.....wow.
Its says something about the general view of the order mods should take place. While those who would mod further would be best served with 3.90's if they had track plans, 4.10's have been a no brainer for many people. The silly 5% difference which I am known for provoking makes little difference between which to get but a world of difference that is nearly imposssible to detect even undedr the most scrutinizing dealer repair facilities.
Maryland Speed is a great source for great priced items that you would think they sell. I have found more than one bargain dealing with them. Include them in your parts price hunting in the future. I doubt they knew I was a repeat customer so many times.
