SLP header install
I just received slp headers, highflo cats from this forum and I'm wondering if I can tackle this task myself. I know my way around engine but do not have a lift. Can you guys share your tales of self-installs and let me know what I'm getting into?

You dont need to know your way around an engine for a header install and you dont need a lift.
Simple handtools and two jackstands and you're good to go. It's a 3-5 hour job depending on how quick you are.

Just get yourself a good set of stands and get the car up high enough....I can't speak for SLP's, but my LG install was pretty easy. 5 Hours on my back and it was done. The hardest part was routing the O2 extention wires away from the exhaust.
