Default Accessing Cigarette Lighter fuse

Hi all:
I noticed my cigarette lighter doesn't work. I figured the best place to start checking is the fuse box. No problem locating the box under the passenger side carpet. But, I cannot figure out how to open the cover to the bank of fuses where the lighter fuse would be located. Looks like there are a couple of pressure clips on top and bottom. I'm not sure whether they push down or pull up. My good friend, "Brute Force" wanted to intervene, but based on past undesirable results from him, I told him to wait for a response from someone here.
Thanks,

Thanks,
I replaced mine a few weeks ago and had to go check it just now. They are not push type. You have to spread the clips away from the box. Wedge a thumb and finger between the top & bottom clips and the box and it should come off.
